1. Room Reservations & Booking Policy

All room bookings at Hotel Ramgarh Palace are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of reservation.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID).
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking that violates hotel policies.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Guests arriving before check-in time may store luggage at the reception.

3. Room Tariffs, Taxes & Payments

All room rates at Hotel Ramgarh Palace are quoted in INR (₹).
Rates are subject to applicable government taxes (GST).
Advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, bank transfer, and cash (as per Indian regulations).
Promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and wedding packages may have separate terms.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation (if applicable) is available only within the timeframe mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made after the free cancellation period may attract charges up to 100% of the booking amount.
No-shows will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 7–14 business days.

5. Child & Extra Bed Policy

Children below 5 years may stay complimentary (without extra bed).
Extra beds are available on request and subject to additional charges.
Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.

6. Heritage Property & Guest Conduct Policy

As a heritage palace hotel in Rajasthan, we request all guests to:
Respect the historical structure and property.
Avoid damaging antique furniture, décor, or architectural features.
Refrain from loud disturbances, illegal activities, or misconduct.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

7. Wedding, Events & Group Bookings

Hotel Ramgarh Palace is a preferred destination wedding and event venue in Rajasthan.
Event bookings may require a separate contract and advance deposit.
Cancellation of wedding or large event bookings may involve special retention charges.
External vendors must be approved by hotel management.

8. Pet Policy

Pets are allowed only with prior written approval from the hotel.
Additional cleaning or security deposits may apply.

9. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Smoking inside non-smoking rooms will attract cleaning penalties.
Alcohol consumption must comply with Rajasthan state laws.

10. Safety, Liability & Valuables

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to valuables.
We recommend using in-room safes where provided.
The hotel shall not be liable for delays, service disruptions, or inconvenience caused by natural disasters, government orders, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of website content is prohibited.
Online bookings are governed by the terms agreed upon at the time of payment.
